. The staff are so friendly they treat you as if you are their best friend. Everybody just joins the conversation. They are very professional not to mention they do a fantastic job. My nails always look amazing. I would highly recommend Elle for ALL you beauty treatments

Made appointment to have nails and eyebrows done on 20th at 09.30 .On the 19th at 8pm approx I was telephoned to cancel my appointment.I was offered an appointment at 12 on the 20th but as I was travelling a distance to attend a family wedding,this did not suit.Unfortunately the girl had to attend a funeral on the 19th morning,but my complaint is the fact that I was given such late notice.Not the best introduction so I won't try again.
